Founder/Chief Executive Officer

With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do. With over 30 years in the Emergency Health Care environment and 24 years experience in Prehospital Emergency Medicine and EMS Education our founder has paved the way for many new initiatives in St. Lucia and created paths for innotivative service expertise never before available on the island.

After graduating from med school Dr. Narcisse worked at Victoria Hospital in Saint Lucia, then later worked in the emergency department for a number of years at Victoria.
