My name is Octivia Rosalie, daughter of Cecilia Rosalie.

On the behalf of my mother Cecilia Rosalie and family we highly recommend Emergency Health Management Systems and Mr. Craig Herman which is the only Paramedic on Island, for continuing his Exemplary Service to all.

My mother is an amputee patient and always needed proper care to be transported to the hospital. When called upon, Emergency Health Management Systems and Mr.Craig Herman is always there to assist with Professional Care, in order to transport my mother to the hospital. He is always concerned about his patients. Always on time, neatly presented in Full Uniform and is very efficient in carrying out his Professional Duties.

He is well equipped and is always concerned about my mom's safety traveling from home Via the Ambulance Service to the hospital. My mom is always relaxed in the care of Mr. Craig Herman at Emergency Health Management Systems. Her Vitals are Always taken and recorded. Mr.Herman is always on point to hand in his records to the Nurse or Doctor on Duty at the Clinic.

From the experience Cecilia Rosalie and family have had with Emergency Health Management Systems and Mr. Craig Herman as a Professional Paramedic, there is no other like him on Island. He is an excellent Trainer on Island from my experience and that of my entire family . We appreciate his Service and would like him to continue in this manner to Serve.
